Welcome! This page, as an attachment to our website, is designed to help you improve your position and shapes that we ask you to perform in your daily workout. The tabs are divided by body part. This is obviously intended to streamline the process of improving your mobility if you already know you have problem areas. Some videos have multiple exercises, but I'm going to do my very best to keep them as concise as possible. If you have any questions about the exercises, please pull me aside at some point and I will gladly help. Also, I have or will be going over most of these during the mobility class. Attendance there is beneficial because you get to mobilize with me supervising and feel the changes after completing each exercise. Good luck everyone!
